Position Overview: Oran Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated K2 Developer/Administrator to join our team for this pivotal project. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and administering K2 workflows and forms tailored to the specific requirements of the Department of Defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architectures for K2 business process automation within the Department of Defense.
• Design and develop K2 workflows and forms to automate critical defense processes, ensuring compliance with DoD standards and security protocols.
• Customize K2 solutions to integrate with existing DoD systems and data sources, optimizing efficiency and interoperability.
• Administer K2 environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks, while adhering to DoD cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to K2 workflows, forms, and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and end-users, including training sessions and documentation as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in K2 and related technologies, leveraging new insights to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a K2 Developer/Administrator, with a strong track record of success in delivering complex projects.
• Expertise in developing workflows and forms using K2 blackpearl and K2 Five, with a deep understanding of business process management (BPM) principles.
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity and compliance requirements, including RMF, STIGs, and FIPS standards.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, SQL, JavaScript, and PowerShell.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and other enterprise systems commonly used within the Department of Defense is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
