Cleared PowerApps Administrator-DOD Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable Cleared PowerApps Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team for a Department of Defense (DoD) project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering Microsoft PowerApps and PowerFX, with experience in managing data integrations, user access, and application performance. A Secret clearance is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration: Oversee the administration and maintenance of PowerApps environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • User Management: Manage user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with security protocols and DoD standards.
  • Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Dataverse to monitor and manage data models, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PowerApps users, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to application configurations, user guides, and administrative procedures.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor application performance and usage metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Training & Guidance: Conduct training sessions and provide resources for users to maximize their use of PowerApps.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all PowerApps applications adhere to DoD security standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in PowerApps administration, with strong knowledge of PowerFX.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in managing PowerApps environments.
    • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse for data management.
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and data integration techniques.
  • Clearance: Active Secret clearance is required.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PowerApps Administrator Associate).
  • Experience working on DoD projects or in government contracting.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
