We are seeking a Power BI/PowerApps Architect with an active Secret Clearance to design, develop, and implement advanced Power Platform solutions for a DoD project. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, leading the technical strategy, and ensuring the delivery of secure and scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PowerApps, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies, coupled with federal domain experience, particularly in compliance with DoD standards.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Active Secret Clearance (mandatory).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of professional experience in Power Platform solutions, including PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Expertise in integrating external data sources securely using on-premises data gateways.
- Proficiency in SharePoint (on-premises and Office 365), including SPFx (SharePoint Framework).
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and data modeling best practices.
- Familiarity with DoD systems, security protocols, and frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Power BI, or Azure.
- Experience in Azure cloud services, Dataverse, and CDS (Common Data Service).
- Hands-on experience in DoD365-J environments.
- Knowledge of MAI (Modernization and Analytics Initiative) principles.
- Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.
