Strategic Transformation Advisor

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive enterprise-level strategy, governance, and program execution across large, complex environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, and can effectively partner with senior leadership to influence decision-making and deliver mission-critical outcomes.

You will play a key role in aligning cross-functional teams, optimizing performance, and guiding modernization efforts across high-visibility programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategy, operations, and program execution
  • Drive alignment across multiple teams, programs, and stakeholders
  • Establish and implement governance frameworks to support effective decision-making
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure program health and performance
  • Oversee system and operational performance, including reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Lead large-scale initiatives and cross-functional task forces
  • Guide technology strategy and modernization roadmaps
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization efforts
  • Promote adoption of modern architectures and best practices (e.g., cloud, modular design, Zero Trust)
  • Identify risks, technical debt, and process inefficiencies; recommend actionable improvements
  • Provide oversight for day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives, including emerging technologies such as AI/GenAI

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in program management, governance, or strategic leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing large, complex, enterprise-level programs
  • 10+ years of experience overseeing multi-team, multi-million-dollar initiatives
  • Experience working in regulated or highly structured environments
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale enterprise platforms or mission-critical systems
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and cost optimization strategies
  • Background in cybersecurity, identity management, or risk and vulnerability management
  • Experience with data governance, reporting frameworks, or business intelligence tools
  • Exposure to AI/ML or emerging technology initiatives
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, AWS, or security certifications
